Terms of Service

Last updated 11 October 2026

By adding Nova to a server or using its dashboard you agree to these terms.

Using Nova

• Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Don't use Nova to spam, harass, scam, raid or break the law, or try to break, overload or reverse-engineer it.
• Server owners are responsible for how Nova is set up and used in their server.

Pro and custom bots

Pro features may be paid. If you use Custom Bot, you're responsible for your own bot application and its token. We may stop running a custom bot that breaks these terms.

Ask Nova (AI)

AI answers can be wrong. Don't rely on them for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Availability

Nova is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we're not liable for losses from using it.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms or features. We may remove the bot from servers that misuse it. You can stop using Nova at any time by removing it from your server.
